Board Topnotcher Alliah Benedictte P. Sibayan received a permanent position at the Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital (OMPH).
Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor personally extended this commitment during the Gabi ng Pagkilala 2026, in recognition of her excellence after securing the Top 9 spot in the 2026 Philippine Nurse Licensure Exam (PNLE) last August.
Amidst her remarkable achievement, the 21 year-old Sibayan is carrying not only the pride of being a board topnotcher, but also the story of a young nurse driven by her passion for caring others and her admirations to healthcare professionals.
“There is something unique about healthcare and allied professionals, as they are entrusted with another person’s life”,Sibayan said, noting that this inspired her to pursue nursing at Luna Goco Colleges, Inc.
Her passion was supported by her parents, through her mother’s work as a teacher and his father as a fisherman.
Aside from work opportunity, Sibayan is also set to receive a financial incentive through the Provincial Public Employment and Services Office (PPESO).
