27 July 2026, Calapan City – The Php102M worth of medical equipment bought by the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) for the three district hospitals in Oriental Mindoro arrived last 24 July.
PGOM continue to strengthen the province’s public healthcare system by expanding people’s access to specialized healthcare services.
Said modern equipment includes Electrocardiogram (ECG) machines, cardiac monitors, anesthesia machines with ventilators, portable ultrasound machines, mechanical ventilators for adults and children, neonatal and infant bubble continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), machines used to help infants with weak lungs, and other hospital equipment.
Under the administration of Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor, said equipment will be utilized at the Oriental Mindoro Provincial Hospital (OMPH) in this city, Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital (OMCDH) in Pinamalayan and Oriental Mindoro Southern District Hospital (OMSDH) in Roxas.
