The Silay Bahagsubay Dance Company of Pili National High School captivated the audience with Pandang Gitab, Oriental Mindoro’s Festival of Lights, during the Farewell Dinner and Cultural Showcase of DOT-MIMAROPA for CPTEx 2026 in Santa Rosa City, Laguna.
