NOW HIRING: Registered Nurse
The Oriental Mindoro Central District Hospital is now accepting applications for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team.
Requirements:
Two (2) copies each of the following:
– Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212-Rev. 2025)
– Work Experience Sheet (attached to CS Form 212)
– Application Letter (addressed to Provincial Governor)
– Copy of Transcript of Records
– Copy of Diploma
– Certificate of Relevant Training
– Copy of PRC License – renewed (RA 1080)
