The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) Oriental Mindoro proudly congratulates the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, the City Government of Calapan, and all Municipal Local Government Units in the province for successfully passing the 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐆𝐅𝐇) Assessment for CY 2025.
Achieving a 100% passing rate across all levels of local government is a testament to the collective commitment of our LGUs to transparency, accountability, and excellence in public financial management. This recognition was conferred upon LGUs that met the prescribed assessment criteria, including obtaining an Unmodified or Qualified Commission on Audit (COA) Opinion and complying with the Full Disclosure Policy (FDP) requirements through the timely and complete disclosure of financial documents.
This milestone reflects the dedication and hard work of our local chief executives, local finance committees, department heads, and all LGU personnel who continuously uphold the principles of good governance in serving the people of Oriental Mindoro.
DILG Oriental Mindoro commends all our LGUs for this remarkable achievement and encourages everyone to sustain these standards of fiscal responsibility and transparency in pursuit of responsive, accountable, and people-centered local governance.
