The 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 (𝐏𝐃𝐑𝐑𝐌𝐎) 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 successfully concluded 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝟐 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟐-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 (𝐁𝐋𝐒) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐆𝐎𝐌 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 – 𝐁𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝟏, further strengthening the emergency response capabilities of 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙤 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙡.
The second day focused on hands-on practical exercises, simulations, and competency assessments, allowing participants to apply the life-saving skills and knowledge gained during the training. Through guided demonstrations and realistic emergency scenarios, the Safety Officers enhanced their proficiency in responding to medical emergencies, performing CPR, managing airway obstructions, and providing immediate care while awaiting professional medical assistance. Basic Life Support training is designed to equip responders with essential skills needed during life-threatening emergencies.
This initiative reflects the Provincial Government’s commitment, under the leadership of 𝙂𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙤 ‘𝘽𝙤𝙣𝙯’ 𝘿𝙤𝙡𝙤𝙧, to building a culture of preparedness, safety, and resilience within government workplaces and communities.
𝙋𝘿𝙍𝙍𝙈𝙊 𝙊𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙤 remains steadfast in its mission of empowering frontline personnel with the knowledge and skills necessary to protect lives and respond effectively during emergencies.
