1st Monday of the month โ€” ASEAN-inspired attire

2ndโ€“4th Monday โ€” Filipiniana-inspired attire

Tuesday to Friday โ€” Agency-prescribed uniform

Days without agency-prescribed office uniform โ€” Smart Casual

๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—ข๐—›๐—œ๐—•๐—œ๐—ง๐—˜๐—— ๐—”๐—ง๐—ง๐—œ๐—ฅ๐—˜

The wearing of the following is strictly prohibited when performing official functions within the designated workplace and during virtual meetings:

– Collarless T-shirt
– Blouses with over-plunging necklines
– Backless top / plunged back top
– Sleeveless tops
– See-through, gauzy, transparent, or net-like clothing
– Sando, tank-tops, tube tops, halters, and strapless or spaghetti-strap blouse (unless worn as an undershirt)
– Leggings, above-the-knee skirt, walking shorts, cycling shorts, and jogging pants (unless worn during official events involving physical exercise)
– Ripped jeans and short pants
– Sandals, slippers, and slip-ins exposing the toes
– Excessive jewelry, except for special occasions and during official celebrations
– Heavy or theatrical makeup, except for those engaged in the performing arts

๐—˜๐—ซ๐—˜๐— ๐—ฃ๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก๐—ฆ

The following exemptions may be allowed:

1. When the nature of work demands otherwise (e.g., uniformed personnel in police, fire, correction, jail, and national mapping services; medical and health personnel; research and laboratory personnel; and those performing field work)

2. When religious affiliation or creed requires a particular clothing

3. Physical disabilities and other legitimate health reasons

4. Pregnant female employees during the period of pregnancy

5. Employee who is in mourning due to the death of a family member

6. Emergency cases or during rehabilitation efforts after a severe calamity/disaster; or inclement weather

Employees seeking exemption must file a written request at least 15 days prior, through the HRMO, for the agency headโ€™s approval. If approved, the employee shall nevertheless report for work in at least a smart casual attire.
