PINAMALAYAN, Oriental Mindoro โ The Oriental Mindoro Police Provincial Office, led by PCOL EDISON V REVITA, warmly welcomed PBGEN CHRISTOPHER R DELA CRUZ during his first Command Visit to the province on May 12, 2026, held at the OrMin PPO Provincial Headquarters in Brgy. Cacawan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.
The visit carried deeper significance for OrMin PPO personnel as it also served as a homecoming visit for PBGEN Dela Cruz, who previously served as Provincial Director of OrMin PPO from June 2019 to July 2020. His return to the province rekindled memories of his leadership and service in Oriental Mindoro, making the occasion both meaningful and inspiring for the police force.
During the activity, PBGEN Dela Cruz conducted a โTalk to Men,โ where he shared his leadership guidance, operational priorities, and vision for the entire Police Regional Office MIMAROPA.
PBGEN Dela Cruz introduced his leadership doctrine, โF.I.G.H.T. C.R.I.M.E.S.,โ which reflects his strategic direction toward strengthening police capability, improving operational efficiency, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring responsive and people-centered policing throughout the MIMAROPA Region.
The doctrine stands for: โFill in the Gaps, Hit Targets, through Capacity Building, Removal of Redundancies, Integrity Maintained, Managed Resources, and Efficient Services.โ
One of the key directives emphasized by the Regional Director was the importance of promptly addressing the concerns and calls of the public. He reminded all personnel that every call for police assistance must be treated with urgency and sincerity, stressing that a missed call may also mean a missed opportunity to serve and protect the community.
As part of his commitment to accessible and responsive leadership, PBGEN Dela Cruz personally provided his contact number to personnel, encouraging open communication and reminding them that leadership must always remain reachable and connected to both the organization and the people they serve.
Further, PBGEN Dela Cruz presided over the command conference attended by the Command Group, Provincial Staff, Chiefs of Police, PTPU personnel, Mobile Force Commanders, and Provincial Headquarters personnel. An audio-visual presentation on Oriental Mindoroโs peace and order, crime, and threat situation was presented, followed by a detailed briefing by PLTCOL WINNERIO D PAGUIA JR, Chief of the Provincial Operations and Management Unit (POMU), and the presentation of OrMin PPOโs Project S.H.I.E.L.D., which likewise emphasizes strategic operations, organizational efficiency, and people-centered policing.
PCOL Revita, together with the entire OrMin PPO police force, expressed full support and commitment to the leadership direction of PBGEN Dela Cruz, emphasizing that the provincial office remains steadfast in advancing programs and initiatives aligned with the mission and vision of the Regional Director.
