The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro officially unveiled its newest landmark in Pinamalayan, the Fontana del Gobernador, on April 24, 2026 under Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor’s One Town, One Legacy Project, strengthening tourism and local pride in Oriental Mindoro.
The highlight of the celebration is its musical dancing fountain, making Pinamalayan the second destination in the province after Calapan City to feature a world-class attraction like this.
Led by Governor Bonz Dolor and First Lady Hiyas Govinda Ramos-Dolor, together with Vice Governor Antonio S. Perez Jr. and Mrs. Wilnor C. Perez, Mayor Rodolfo Magsino, Vice Mayor Aristeo Baldos, Jr., local officials, and the community, the event was also part of the celebration of the 27th Bahaghari Festival and the 110th Founding Anniversary of Pinamalayan.
As night fell, Pinamalayan rocked all night long 
turning into a full live concert experience. IZAY Band opened the stage, followed by Sponge Cola, who delivered an explosive OPM rock performance that had the crowd singing, jumping, and celebrating until the end
