FUEL PRICE MONITORING | ORIENTAL MINDORO
As of April 14, 2026
The Provincial Price Coordinating Council (PPCC) continues its regular fuel price monitoring across Oriental Mindoro as part of its commitment to ensure fair pricing, market transparency, and consumer protection.
Monitoring covered:
Calapan City, Puerto Galera, San Teodoro, Baco, Victoria, Socorro, Pola, Pinamalayan, Gloria, Bansud, Roxas, Mansalay and Bulalacao
Key Findings:
• Gasoline prices range from ₱89.00 to ₱102.89 per liter
• Diesel prices range from ₱119.10 to ₱152.00 per liter
• LPG (11 kg) ranges from ₱1,350.00 to ₱1,770.00
Analysis:
• Fuel prices remain generally stable, with noticeable variations across municipalities
• Higher prices were observed in Pola and Puerto Galera, possibly due to transport and supply costs
• Lower gasoline prices were recorded in Calapan City, Roxas, and Bansud, indicating more competitive markets
• Some diesel price outliers (e.g., very high and very low values) suggest the need for validation and closer monitoring
• LPG prices vary widely depending on brand availability and distribution channels
Trend Update:
Compared to last week’s monitoring, a general decrease in fuel prices has been observed across several areas in the province, indicating a positive movement toward more affordable fuel costs for consumers.
What this means:
Price differences reflect logistical challenges, geographic location, and market competition within the province. Continuous monitoring ensures that prices remain within reasonable levels and helps identify areas needing intervention.
See attached full fuel price monitoring report for detailed station-level data.
The PPCC remains committed to protecting consumers and promoting a fair and transparent market. The Provincial Cooperative Development Office (PCDO) serves as the Secretariat of the PPCC, while the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) acts as its Co-Chairperson.
