𝐉𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐈𝐑-𝐏𝐌𝐂 𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟐𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 – A Joint Program Implementation Review (PIR) and Program Management Committee (PMC) meeting was successfully held at the Language Skills Institute Training Center, bringing together key stakeholders to review program progress and discuss strategic initiatives. The meeting began with a review of the financial report for the period of July to December 2025, highlighting expenditures, budget utilization, and key financial observations. This was followed by the presentation of the performance report, which provided updates on program accomplishments, milestones, and overall performance indicators.
A proposed partnership with RSKYE and Learn at Fligno was then presented. Sir Christian Errol B. Mercado, Director of Operations of RKYE, and Mr. Sherwin Jan A. Navarro, Head of Operations of Learn at Fligno, introduced their companies and shared their intent to collaborate with the Institute in support of program initiatives. The meeting also included a discussion on the proposed updated LSI Executive Order 2026, with members reviewing revisions to ensure alignment with current operational and strategic priorities. The session concluded with a discussion of issues and concerns raised by members, with agreed-upon follow-up actions to address operational and programmatic matters.
The meeting successfully reinforced collaboration among all stakeholders and set steps to ensure the effective delivery of programs and initiatives, promoting the continuous and sustainable development of the Language Skills Institute.
