19 March 2026, Calapan City — Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor led the turnover and blessing of four vehicles donated by the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro to National Government Agencies in the province.
The vehicles were formally received by Alvin L. Rebadulla, Edison V. Revita, Lirio T. Ilao-Oximar, and Ma. Theresa R. Poblador.
According to Governor Dolor, the initiative is part of Oriental Mindoro’s Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan, which aims to assist government agencies in being more efficient in maintaining peace and order in the province.
He also expressed satisfaction with the collaborative efforts of the agencies in combating criminality. “When people have trust in the PNP, NBI, and PDEA, they feel that there is a functioning government,” the Governor said.
Meanwhile, the activity also included the blessing of a new drilling machine procured by the Provincial Government to help residents experiencing difficulties in water supply, particularly in the municipalities of Bongabong, Roxas, Mansalay, and Bulalacao.
Also present during the event were Vice Governor Antonio S. Perez Jr. and Sangguniang Panlalawigan Board Members Ronalee E. Leachon, Marion Francis D. Marcos, Rolando H. Ruga, and Alely Casubuan-Tan.
