The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro successfully concludes its Series of Validation and Calibration for all offices and hospitals, conducted from February 2 to March 12.
This initiative, led by the Provincial Administrator’s Office – Organizational Development and Performance Management Division and the Provincial Human Resources Management Office (PHRMO), is a regular activity under PGOM’s Strategic Performance Management System geared towards strengthening performance standards, ensuring alignment, and promoting excellence in public service delivery.
Throughout the process, offices and hospitals actively engaged in discussions, shared insights, and worked collaboratively to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with performance standards; reflecting a collective commitment to improving systems and delivering better services to the people of Oriental Mindoro.
