The Language Skills Institute of Oriental Mindoro (LSI OrMin) in collaboration with Learn at Fligno successfully conducted a blended Orientation on Instructional Design Preparation at the LSI Training Center on January 30, 2026.
The training emphasized the process of transforming paper-based materials into interactive digital learning content, effective guide on lesson planning and introduction to Rise 360 as an e-learning authoring tool for creating structured, mobile-friendly courses, as well as utilizing its features such as chapters and lessons, content blocks, multimedia integration, theme customization, and color palette selection.
Trainees applied the concepts by developing their own Digital Learning Materials based on the provided module. Outputs were submitted for review and critique, and the training concluded with the awarding of certificates.
This initiative reflects LSI OrMinβs continuing commitment, in collaboration with Learn at Fligno, to strengthen language proficiency and IT-related competencies among MindoreΓ±os. Through sustained partnerships and relevant skills-based training, LSI together with Learn at Fligno remains committed in delivering relevant, hands-on learning experiences that enhance skills, foster personal and professional growth, and contribute to the development of communities throughout Oriental Mindoro.
