The PDRRMO Oriental Mindoro was honored to receive RD Arnulfo C Matanguihan of the Office of Civil Defense MIMAROPA for a meaningful courtesy visit together with PA Atty. Earl Ligorio R. Turano, II and PDRRMO Vinscent B. Gahol. The meeting provided an opportunity to further strengthen coordination between OCD MIMAROPA and the Provincial Government, exchange valuable insights, and reaffirm our shared commitment to enhancing disaster preparedness, risk reduction, and resilience initiatives across the province of Oriental Mindoro and the MIMAROPA region.
We deeply appreciate the continued guidance and steadfast support of OCD MIMAROPA in advancing programs that promote safety, readiness, and swift emergency response. This engagement reflects our unified efforts to ensure proactive planning, effective implementation of DRRM programs, and stronger collaboration.
