In reference to DOST-PAGASA Weather Forecast,๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง ๐๐จ. ๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฉ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ (๐๐) โ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฒ๐๐ง๐ โ (๐๐๐๐๐), issued at ๐๐:๐๐ ๐๐, ๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐, wherein the center of STS โBasyangโ was estimated based on all available data at 385 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (08.0 ยฐN, 129.8 ยฐE ), this Station is ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ of vessels and watercrafts plying the routes within the AOR of ๐๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ซ๐จ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐๐ as a precautionary measure due to hoisting of:

For TS โBasyangโ and the possible effects of the inclement weather in accordance with ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ง๐๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐-๐๐ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ญ๐ฅ๐๐ โ๐๐๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ฅ๐ฌ ๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐๐ฏ๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซโ ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐. Furthermore, vessels and watercrafts are allowed to take shelter and shall depart without passengers and/or cargo onboard.
Moreover, voyage may be allowed in the Main Supply Routes and Special Areas under the conditions set forth by the NHQ-PCG MC 02-23, as verified by this Station.
All vessels are reminded to take precautionary measure and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of Severe Tropical Storm if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessels/ watercrafts will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea condition.
