SPMS Validators’ Meeting
Validators from the Provincial Human Resource Management Office (PHRMO), led by Provincial Human Resource Management Officer Anna Marie DC Reyes, and the Provincial Administrator’s Office – Organizational Development and Performance Management Division, led by Acting Division Chief Atty. Zyreen Kate B. Cataquis, convened on 27 January 2026 for a coordination meeting in preparation for the Validation and Calibration Activities of the July–December 2025 Office/Division/Individual Performance Commitment and Review under the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS).
The validation and calibration activities will be conducted from 02 February to 11 March 2026, covering all offices, divisions, and satellite hospitals of the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro.
These activities aim to assess both office and individual employee performance levels based on approved performance targets and measures, and further reinforce the Provincial Government’s commitment to performance excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in public service.
