Nine former DPWH officials from Region 4B on Thursday formally asked the Sandiganbayan to grant their petition for bail pending their malversation case in connection with the alleged P289 million substandard flood control project in Oriental Mindoro.
This happened after the nine accused faced the anti-graft court on Thursday for Day 1 of the hearing for their petition for bail.
