Construction of the proposed Pola auditorium will soon begin after the groundbreaking ceremony of the project last 07 December 2025 in this town.
Poleños can utilized the auditorium under the Php50M “One-Town, One-Legacy” project of Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor’s administration for important programs, performances, and large gatherings.
Gov. Bonz expressed pride in the excellent design of the project and its significant benefits for the residents of said town.
He further stated that while the Provincial Government continues to implement small-scale projects in each barangay, construction of large-scale projects for each town is also prioritized to ensure that more citizens can benefit.
Despite the inclement weather, the Provincial Tourism Office headed by Provincial Tourism Officer Dr. Dhon Stepherson Calda led the program.
Meanwhile, Pola Mayor Jennifer “Inah Alegre” Cruz, who celebrated her birthday during the groundbreaking ceremony, and Vice Mayor Leandro M. Panganiban Jr. expressed their gratitude for the project.
According to Mayor Cruz, one of the happiest birthdays she had took place this year due to this significant project given for Poleños.
Before the program concluded, Fr. Marlon Labay of St. John The Baptist Parish blessed the site of the project, followed by a historic capsule-laying ceremony of the plan and design of said auditorium that will serve as a home for art, culture, and essential programs in Pola.
Department of Transportation (DOTr) – Office of Transportation Security (OTS) Administrator Gilbert Cruz, Provincial Board Members Ryan Arago and Marion Marcos, Baco Mayor Allan Roldan, Pinamalayan Mayor Rodel Magsino,Gloria Mayor Teresita Ong, Bansud Mayor Ronaldo Morada, Bongabong Mayor Mike Malaluan, Pinamalayan Vice Mayor Aris Baldos, Sangguniang Bayan Members of Pola attended to support the event.
