DOH and PGOM Collab to Enhance Healthcare Services Delivery for Oriental Mindoro

Governor Humerlito “Bonz” A. Dolor and DOH Regional Director Rodolfo Antonio M. led the meeting, focusing on upgrading hopitals and expanding healthcare services in the province.
Among the main topics discussed were the proposed construction of the Regional
Hospital and Super Health Centers, which will be jointly funded by PGOM and the
National Government. These projects aim to provide more accessible and comprehensive
medical services for the Mindoreños and people from nearby provinces in MIMAROPA.
Governor Dolor underscored the importance of the partnership between PGOM and
DOH-MIMAROPA, saying that it proves the strong cooperation between local and
national governments to deliver quality and affordable healthcare to the public.
Also present during the meeting were First Lady Hiyas Govinda-Dolor, Chief of Staff
Nette Dalupan, Board Member Jomarc Philip Dimapilis, Sangguniang Panlalawigan
Committee (Chairperson on Health, Sanitation, and Population), Provincial Engineer
Edylou Tejido, Provincial Health Officer and OIC-OMPH Dr. Angela Ante,
representatives from the Provincial DOH, and other concerned agencies.
