The Provincial Awards Committee (PAC) proudly presents the Sangguniang Bayan and Sangguniang Panlungsod in the Province of Oriental Mindoro that have exemplified excellence in local legislation, achieving the highest scores based on the indicators outlined in DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2025-062, issued in collaboration with the Vice Mayorsโ League of the Philippines (VMLP) and the Philippine Councilors League (PCL).
The evaluation covered the performance of the sanggunians during the period 2022โ2025.
