The Public-Private Partnership, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) of the Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro participated in a two-day Capacity Building Activity (CBA) titled βIntroduction to the PPP Code and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for Local Implementing Agenciesβ held via Zoom on October 16β17, 2025.
The activity aimed to cascade the salient features of Republic Act No. 11966, otherwise known as the PPP Code of the Philippines, and its IRR. It also sought to enhance the participantsβ understanding of PPP concepts, institutions, and the roles of local government bodies in the updated processes for both solicited and unsolicited PPP projects.
