Secure facilities, supplies, and transport (incl. ambulances).
Activate HERTs; ensure staff availability.
Strengthen surveillance, advisories & timely reporting.
Follow Quad Cluster reminders: Medical/Public Health, WASH, Nutrition, MHPSS.
All on heightened alert before, during, and after landfall. Immediate compliance expected.
